Danny Hanks is an aspiring artist from the small royal town of Caernarfon, North Wales. Caernarfon, mostly famous for it’s epic castle. The surrounding landscape has been at the centre of most of Danny’s paintings. Danny recognized that we don’t always appreciate the beauty of our surroundings, so this is when he regained his passion for art. Being away from home for so long with his job in the RAF, Danny would paint the Snowdonia mountains and the Menai Strait to remind himself of home. This is where his passion for oil painting began. After returning home, Danny decided to join an art club to further educate himself on various forms and styles of painting. Since then, he has sold a variety of paintings from landscapes and structures to dog portraits!
